Fun fact: The First Omen is a superb film. Beautifully shot, stunning, and very well made. It was scary, and magnificent. They build on the sense of dread and deliver. One of the best Horror movies I’ve ever seen. There was only one other person in my theater, which I couldn’t believe for it being its opening weekend. Incredible music and sound design. Very immersive and Intense. But interesting and jarring. I was really amazed by the movie. The acting was phenomenal and even downright unnerving at times. I Had to close my eyes at a few points. This one really gets under your skin… The film had some very good special effects as well. Unique and Brilliant Art Film. Fun fact: This was a good one. Lots of jump scares and this movie plays with your head. The tale is somewhat real if you look into it. Definitely a good watch and worth watching again. Acting was awesome too. Very few movies give me the creepy chills and this one definitely did it. Fun fact: Special makeup and effects/creature designer Dan Martin has become a must-see tv for me. He's behind the insanely captivating, haunting, juicy (?? Lol) stop motion creatures in this movie, as well as some of my favorite films of the last few years, The Banshees of Inisherin, Infinity Pool, A Wounded Fawn (!), and he's doing the creature work in Sony's upcoming film Tarot. Fun fact: Had lots of fun watching, good small-scoped plot that is a refreshing change from a lot of Hollywood. Loved the family drama aspects. I loved the overall idea of the movie. There is a moral hidden in the plot, and the ending made me cry. Fun fact: This is a good fun horror film with some gore and a shadow of a boy's body part will be seeing it again when on disk my favorite movie after Trolls 3 and Five Nights at Freddy’s Form last year great bloody fun and a good watch for a starter scary movie isn’t that scary but watch out for the ads will be played during this if u don’t want your little one hearing the f word 3 times form Abigail wait until it’s on disk 109/10 thanks Cinemark for showing this the ending is sad btw! This is a jr ver of it(Pennywise the Dancing Clown) a boy loses his hand at the start of the film someone gets hit by a typewriter and their dead body loses an ear great time on Feb 9th of yesterday went to the 2:00 pm showing but warning for Abigail and the 1st women ads! I say check it out for yourself 1st and think about letting your kids watch it I loved this film but I have anxiety and I faint to overly scary stuff but this was ok! I am now allowed to watch Megan 1.0 and Megan 2.0 so yeah check it out! It was gonna be rated r but I cut out some parts that were overly inappropriate for kids hopefully my grade goes see this guitar so much fun! As a special needs kid/sensitive kid I about loved this horror film not too much kissing but a lot of blood and some gore that may gross kids out but perfect for the sensitive ones.
