Alright so this movie does not have the same emotional beats as the first trilogy has and I felt like the past villains weren’t properly respected, it does not make this movie feel like a kung-fu panda 4 movie. However, I did laugh a lot and awkwafina isn’t actually cringy when she does the over exaggerated thing she does in movies and she is very down to earth. People will argue that the emotional journies of the first 3 movies are what make kung-fu panda special and they are right.
